What to do when there seems to be a mistake shipping my order?Updated 9 months ago

If you receive notification that an error has occurred with a shipment, the Accounts Team is in need of the following instructions to be followed so we can assist in the matter: 

1. Please submit the following to [email protected]
  • Subject line: Order number
  • Picture of the item/s and packaging of how the order was received
  • Full description of what all occurred and what the end customer experienced
2. Notification needs to be sent within 60 days from the time the original order was fulfilled if we need to take carrier claim steps 

If it is found by your Account Manager that a reimbursement(s) is owed, then reimbursement will be issued as a credit to your account.
