To begin the Receiving Process:
- You first need to input your PO into ShipHero either via manual upload or a CSV file upload 48 hours before delivery
- This will give Nice’s Receiving team all the required information such as how many individual SKUs are expected and the true size of the PO that will be inbound.
- It is also very important to include how many pallets or cases are incoming along with each piece's tracking number
- The tracking information via ground, air, or ship, allows our team to follow along and help adjust our receiving schedule to accommodate the shipment if it does not arrive on your appointment day.
- Next, you MUST schedule a delivery appointment HERE
- All appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance of delivery
- All deliveries that are made without an appointment will still be received but may experience delays.
Our Standard for Receiving is:
- To have your PO checked into active inventory within 48 hours of receipt of the product provided that the above has been followed
- TO NOTE: If SOW work is needed (rework or getting the units up to our received standards) then the SOW work needs to be completed first and then receiving can happen after the fact. Our standard receiving timeline will then be void
- If these standards are not met, it may take up to 96 hours of receipt of the product to receive and process into active inventory
