In the event that inventory runs out of a certain product or a swap is needed, we are able to add an automation rule/s to swap, add, or subtract items ordered via automation rules in ShipHero.

The automation rule can be put in place for a limited amount of time, or for as long as you need the rule to be active. 

To trigger this rule, we recommend using order tags or another identifier from your Store to help segment these orders:
