Return to Client (RTC) and Return to Vendor (RTV)Updated 10 months ago

When products arrive either as a PO or as a return, items are given a visual inspection to ensure products are viable for active inventory.

However, when we find shipping or consumer-related damages to products, we will handle the goods based on your standards:

Damages found with Receiving: If there is a defect in your items of some variety or if the shipment arrives visibly damaged, we will notify you and mark the shipping paperwork with the carrier appropriately. Depending on how you would like the shipment to be handled, we can ship items back to the Vendor, receive the sellable goods, etc.

Return to Client (RTC) and Vendor (RTV) is when we compile your damaged items each month, either from inbound orders, returned orders, or damages found while we are stocking/ picking, and then either ship them back to you or your business or if you are local, can be picked up in the office.

Your RTV procedure will be documented as part of Onboarding or updated as an active client.
