Reported shipping error or damage, and how to notify NiceUpdated 8 months ago

If you receive notification that an error has occurred with a shipment, the Accounts Team is in need of the following instructions to be followed so we can assist in the matter: 

1. Please submit the following to [email protected]
  • Subject line: Please include the order number
  • Picture of the item/s to include any associated tags from the customer who received “wrong item” or "missing item."
  • Picture of the associated barcode on the bag the item came in (or if the barcode is on the physical product)
  • Picture of the package and how the order was received. This is very important in case the package was damaged during delivery. 
  • Full description of what all occurred and what the end customer experienced
2. Notification needs to be sent within 60 days from the time the original order was fulfilled 

If it is found by your Account Manager that a reimbursement(s) is owed, then a  reimbursement will be issued as a credit to your account.
