PostHero is a dashboard in ShipHero that provides insights into your outgoing orders from shipment to delivery.

This feature will need to be enabled for your account by your Account Manager:


With PostHero, you’ll be able to:

  • Track Packages Across Carriers
  • Identify Growth Opportunities in Shipping
  • Recognize and Address Fulfillment Gaps

As orders travel to their final destination, the dashboard and provided reporting allows for packages to be tracked, shipping timelines, costs, and shipping capabilities to be viewed and accessed. 

The robust data visualization that PostHero offers allows for ease of understanding the post-fulfillment processes and performance. To this, PostHero has a direct integration with Klaviyo allowing for text and email triggers to take place to give your customers notification and visibility to their order. 

Important Reminders:

  • This feature will need to be enabled for your account by your Account Manager.
  • PostHero currently supports the following carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL eCommerce
  • Any orders leveraging the ShipHero Public API are not currently available
