Yes, we do ship internationally!

Nice ships internationally through UPS, FedEx, USPS, and in some cases DHL.

A non-expedited international shipment typically takes 7-30 days for delivery. Details on International Expedited are listed below.

Overview

If you are planning on shipping internationally, we'd work with you to identify your needs and how orders can best be processed. For set-up, we'd work with you to collect product information to make sure we are categorizing products properly. This will be completed in your COGs Dashboard, located in your Shared Drive:

Required Product Information:
- HTS code
- Customs description
- Customs value
- Country of origin/manufacture
- Ingredients
- Type of use

Once products are in place, we would look to submit test shipments and take other steps to ensure we are set up to go live.

Returns

It is important to review your international return policy. At this time, ShipHero is not able to process international return labels and we strongly recommend prohibiting international returns. 

International Customer Information

It is required by the carriers that a customer's phone number and email be included with their order. 

Please have your customers submit this information at checkout to aid their order getting processed or given the proper attention and action by the carrier in the event that a disruption occurs while in international transit. 

International Carriers:

USPS, DHL, FedEx, and UPS all require different sets of information to ship internationally. A document processing fee will be assessed based on the SOP for implementing the international order. 

Variables that can affect this pricing include: 

• Carrier-specific regulations and the nature of the product (hazmat, perishable, cosmetics, etc.)
• Country of Destination (Every country has different regulations and fees. We will work with you through this to identify approved countries.
• Package weights and dimensions

International-Expedited

Includes UPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. This is typically a 1-3 day delivery but depends on many factors (destination, time in customs, etc.)
