Order Tags applied by Nice CommerceUpdated 9 months ago

There are 2x order tags that the Nice team will apply to qualifying orders where these tags are just visible in ShipHero and will not be customer-facing. These tags help our teams prioritize or isolate orders. Please reach out to your Account Manager if you have any questions 

Each morning, we check for any orders that are:

  1. Back ordered or oversold, therefore outside of our SLAs. These orders are tagged with SLA_Backorder/Oversold.
  2. Orders that fall outside of SLA on days when order volume exceeds 50% over the average 30-day running fulfillment output in a given day, for a given client. An example would be a promo or sales event that results in a spike in order volume. 
    • High Volume SLA: the tag SLA_Client_HighVolume will be added to orders, but the Ship By date will not be changed.
