Is there an Operational Minimum?Updated 8 months ago
Yes, there is a monthly, minimum billable amount that Nice Commerce invoices for. The minimum is to cover order and ancillary fees and does not include carrier or shipping costs to meet a minimum order threshold.
For active clients: If your account does not meet this operational minimum, the difference will be automatically added to an outbound invoice. This is included in your agreement with us.
As part of this minimum, Nice Commerce includes the following reporting, available monthly to all Nice Accounts:
1. Sales by SKU Report: This is all the inventory that we have here at Nice and how these items are selling/ performing.
2. Expiration Report: If you have lot codes enabled for your account for products with expirations, this is a report that shows all active lots that we have in our inventory and when they expire.
3. Non-Moving SKU Report: This is all SKUs that have not moved, aka sold, within 3 months. This information is super powerful, and your Account Manager is ready to work with you on an action plan to get them moving!
Your Account Manager will be ready to work with you on ways to increase volume and continue to grow your brand during your regular check-ins or contact them directly via [email protected]
