Is there an Operational Minimum?Updated 10 months ago

Starting in 2022, there will be a monthly, minimum billable amount that Nice Commerce will invoice for.

The minimum is to cover order and ancillary fees and does not include carrier or shipping costs to meet a minimum order threshold.

For active clients: If your account does not meet this operational minimum, the difference will be automatically added to an outbound invoice.

Additionally, with this minimum, Nice Commerce will include the following reporting, available monthly to all Nice Accounts:

1. Excess Inventory Report: This is all the inventory that does not meet our 3 months of sell-through, and will include inventory movements, sales data, and more.

2. Non-Moving SKU Report: This is all SKUs that have not moved, aka sold, within 3 months. This information is super powerful, and your Account Manager is ready to work with you on an action plan to get them moving!

Your Account Manager will be ready to work with you on ways to increase volume and continue to grow your brand during your regular check-ins or contact them directly via [email protected] to get time scheduled.
