Invoice Payment OptionsUpdated a month ago

At Nice Commerce, we use Quickbooks for sending invoices and receiving invoice payments. In Onboarding with us, you will complete a form that requests your contact information so that a billing profile in QB can be created based on your needs.


We can accept the following payment methods:

1. ACH
  • This method takes 1-3 business days to process. For more information on this service, please reach out to your Account Manager
2. *Bill.com:
  • This method takes 2-3 business days to process. You will need your own Bill.com account to be able to process payments in this way.

3. Credit Card:
  • Processes instantly! You are able to set up autopayment within Invoiced, or your CC can be run per invoice.
  • We do have a 2.9% processing fee for this payment method that covers our processing fee.
4. Check:
  • We can accept checks, but waiting times for processing can be 3+ weeks. Our payment terms are Net15, so please keep this timing top of mind
