How do I file a claim?Updated 10 months ago

To file a claim for a lost, damaged, etc. package, a claim needs to be filed either by the shipper or recipient of a package.

TO REQUEST that Nice submits a claim on your behalf, HERE IS OUR FORM to submit that request.

If you are looking to file your own claim, you are able to complete this on your own as the recipient (on behalf of our customer):

For UPS, file a claim HERE

For FedEx, file a claim HERE

  • For Smartpost (aka Ground Economy) it is best to have Nice submit on your behalf

For USPS, file a claim HERE

  • For USPS damages, it is best for the customer to bring their damaged order into a US Post Office to be reviewed

For DHL, file a claim HERE
