Do you ship wholesale or B2B orders?Updated 9 months ago

How Nice Commerce supports our partners growing wholesale needs

Nice Commerce's standard SLA for Wholesale orders is to ship orders within 4 business days of receiving the order, under normal volume periods, excluding federal holidays.

If you're interested in wholesale pricing, please inquire with your Account Manager at [email protected]

All wholesale orders must be submitted with all required materials needed prior to shipping for the expected SLA to be in effect (4 business days under normal volume periods).

If a Routing Guide is required by the retailer or recipient, Nice requires all this information to be shared and collaborative meetings between the client and their Account Manager to take place to ensure Routing Guide SOPs are complete and that all parties are aligned on expectations, timelines, and set-up.

Wholesale Order Requirements:

  • All wholesale orders must be placed on 'Operator Hold' by the Nice brand partner until all shipment requirements and standards have been communicated. Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
  • If the order requires LTL or palletized shipment, please review our Outbound Freight Shipping Standards HERE.

Results:

  • If a wholesale order is processed (i.e. shipped) as a result of the order not being placed on hold, or the order upon receiving does not meet all necessary standards, the order will circulate back to our Receiving department and a PO will be generated.
    • The order will then require a new order to be placed in our system to be fulfilled accurately.
  • Once the picking and packing (fulfillment) process has begun, the order cannot be adjusted unless it is reprocessed as a new order (after the previous order has been submitted as a PO and restocked). Essentially, the order has to 'start over.'

We have these standards in place in order to preserve accuracy for our brand partners while maintaining speed and efficiency
