2026 Operating Hours:
- The Nice Commerce Warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
- We regularly run a Sunday shift to prep for the following week
- If we are operating outside of normal office hours, a notification will be sent out to all clients
- The Nice Commerce Accounts team monitors the [email protected] mailbox from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday and periodically outside of office hours
- Client visits must be scheduled in advance and are only offered on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday unless discussed otherwise

Holiday High-Volume Periods
Per our agreements, our order cut-offs are estimates and subject to change during high-volume periods, preorders, out-of-stock backlogs, and other circumstances outside of our direct control such as holidays and weather. Since our WMS does not have the ability to exclude holidays from standard fulfillment days, some orders may present as late. We will be working on the oldest and most expedited services for our fulfillment schedule post-holiday weekend.
