Wholesale Orders with Terms; Net 30, etc.Updated 9 months ago
We are able to change your Wholesale store settings in ShipHero to allow for orders with Net Terms to ship on time but keep the order/s in "pending" payment status in your Store.
A separate Wholesale Store from your DTC Store is required for this fix to work as we will be adjusting order settings:
Steps:
1. Get with [email protected] to enable the proper backend settings with your Account Manager
2. When orders with terms flow into ShipHero, they will have a payment hold on the order due to payment not yet being captured. Remove the payment hold in SH when ready
3. The order will then move through the fulfillment process, and once complete, the fulfillment information will flow back to your store keeping the order in pending payment
4. Celebrate!
