What is TikTok Shop?

TikTok Shop is the social media app’s built-in commerce solution for sellers, creators, and affiliates. It enables TikTok users with business accounts to sell directly on the platform with options like Live Shopping and shoppable videos.

How to set up TikTok Shop: 

• Those eligible for a TikTok Shop will need to set up a business seller account based on their location and other parameters from TikTok. 
• For set up, follow their simple steps to get set up and enable online shopping features on your TikTok account

How can I connect my TikTok business account to ShipHero?

• Currently, ShipHero does not have a direct connection to TikTok Shop but you can connect with your store!
• To enable TikTok for your eCommerce platform, you can install the TikTok for Shopify app from the Shopify App Store. Or, if your eCommerce store/ platform is not with Shopify, other stores like WooCommerce, BigCommerce, etc. have their own apps or connections.
