Store Integrations in OnboardingUpdated 4 months ago

As part of the initial steps of Onboarding, the connection between your store to your ShipHero account will be made. Once the connection is established, standard and custom settings will be enacted depending on your needs and the onboarding timeline. 

To note, all store integrations are assessed by the Sales and Onboarding team before Onboarding and determined to be standard or non-standard. Non-standard store connections will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

Nice Commerce Standard Shopify Integration Basic Steps

1. The Onboarding team will request access to the site via the store URL. We establish a partner connection with your store 
2. Once access is granted, Nice will bridge the connection between Shopify and Shiphero and configure store settings in ShipHero
3. In Shopify, Nice Commerce is added as an inventory location, and inventory management for this specific location is enabled
