Return to Sender Orders (RTS)Updated 2 years ago

Return to Sender or RTS orders are orders where the carrier is unable to deliver to the customer, and the carrier then returns the order back to the shipper for action. 


We categorize Return to Sender or RTS orders in their own Returns Status:

  • In ShipHero, click on your "Returns" portal to bring up your Returns page
  • Once on the Returns page, use the drop-down of "Status" to go to "Return to Sender"

At Nice, we will receive RTS orders throughout the work week and we will create an RMA for these Return to Sender orders and place them into a returns staging area awaiting word from the client of how they would like the order to be actioned (please notify us via [email protected]):

For Action Steps, we can either:
1. Re-ship the original order with an updated address
OR 
2. We can check the order back into inventory


We ask that clients monitor the Return to Sender status to help us in actioning these orders and your Account Manager will also reach out if there are pending RTS orders.
