Return Statuses and How to Check ReturnsUpdated 2 years ago

We recommend checking in on returns daily or multiple times a week to see movements and updates. 

To download a CSV to export returns data, follow the below steps and "Export All Rows" within the filters you selected


To check returns, here are the quick steps to take:

1. Go to Returns/ All Returns:

2. On the right-hand side under STATUS, you are able to filter to whichever status you would like to review:


  • All
    • Ability to see All returns
  • Pending
    • RMAs that are created but awaiting items to be checked in/ worked on
  • Return to Sender
    • RMAs created by Nice in the event that an order is Returned to the Sender
      • The RTS order will be held in a staging area for 2 weeks awaiting client action. 
      • Please email [email protected] to let your Account Manager know how you would like the RTS order/s handled; Reshipping with an updated address, or checked back into inventory
  • Warehouse Complete
    • The Receiving team has finished working on the RMA. RMA is closed out
  • Complete
    • The Receiving team has finished working on the RMA. RMA is closed out and a refund has been issued

3. Once you filter down by status, you are then able to choose your Start Date and End Date for the time period. The default time period in ShipHero is set to a 2-month view:
