Putaway is the process of receiving inventory and placing it in its designated storage location within a warehouse or distribution center. 

This involves identifying the appropriate storage location based on the item's characteristics, such as size, weight, fragility, and demand, and physically moving the inventory to that location.

At Nice Commerce, we are a fully scan-based facility and will scan into our inventory the items that need to be put away post receiving
