In the event that you have a product that has failed a QA check or is waiting on a QA check, the inventory team can move these products into a "non-sellable" location so they don't populate as available on your eCommerce selling platform.
You can view any items in non-sellable by clicking in Ship Hero into Inventory >> Products >>
and make sure the "Non Sellable" total is visible in the columns.
