How to change the Shipping Method in ShipHeroUpdated 2 years ago

If you need to update or change the shipping method after the order is placed you can do so with the below steps:

• Search the order in ShipHero and click on it 
• Once you are in the order scroll down to "Shipment Info" on the right-hand side
• Click the edit button on the upper right-hand corner of the Shipment Info box
• It will pull up the below picture 

• You can now change both the carrier and the shipping method 
• Once you complete this, hit update and your shipping method is updated!
