How can I verify an Address?Updated 5 months ago
When ShipHero has trouble with an address, the Nice Commerce Fulfillment team can try to make small edits to the shipping address but Nice will more than likely place the order on Address Hold for the client to verify.
To know if ShipHero verified the Address and sees that the shipping address is fit to send, ShipHero will capitalize the entire shipping address:
1. Removing the address hold in the order
2. Update the order by enabling "Ignore Address Validation Errors". It is very important to select this setting so that the order's address will process. This setting is included in the order details section on the right side of the order
3. Once the steps 1 and 2 are complete, make sure the order is "Ready To Ship"
