Yes, handwritten notes can be included!
Your Account Manager will need to assist with this getting enabled. But before that, below are our steps:
Our Steps to having Handwritten notes added:
- Handwritten notes will need to be a product in inventory (aka a SKU)
- The cards will need an incoming PO that we can receive (Just like any other product)
- Nice will need to put an automation rule in place to trigger the note to be added to the order
- We recommend tagging orders from your store to note which need the handwritten note, or we can work with you on other options
- Nice will work with you so that your customer's note or the information for the note is included on the handwritten note
- Once the above is set up, it's important to first run a test order to make sure this integrates properly.
Once the gift note is set up as a SKU in your Shopify store, be sure the below setting is enabled to ship the gift note product:
