Case Pick Process, Eligibility and Set UpUpdated 8 months ago

Case picking is defined as a single pick that encompasses a full master carton of products. Case picking is primarily used for B2B (wholesale) and Retail orders for fulfillment.

Pricing for case picking is separate from a normal D2C (direct-to-consumer) pick fee. This is set up to offer our clients savings by making the pick-and-pack process more efficient.

Criteria:

In order to be eligible for case picking, the following criteria must be in place:
  1. All items (SKUs) are secured in a factory-sealed taped corrugate carton that is able to be shipped to the end user as constructed by the manufacturer.
  2. The SKU is only available for case-picking
  3. If this SKU is shared with D2C fulfillment avenues, it must also be built as a build kit SKU.
  4. If you do not have case packs set up by your manufacturer, Nice can case up your products for you *This must be pre-arranged before we ship any case packs and a quote will be sent over depending on the scope of the project.*

Example:

NC_SKU1134-24PK

This will signify that the SKU is available and open for B2B picks, and will be priced appropriately, as well as picked by our Ops team appropriately.

- Case Pick SKUs must be pre-built with your Account Manager prior to the order being submitted.

- The Account Manager will need to set up a case pick SKU in the system to be able to bill invoices properly and this cannot be done after an order is submitted in ShipHero.

- Pricing will be dependent on the number of units per master carton, product, and weight.

This drives how efficiently the operations team can pull, pack, and ship products without damage.

All orders must be submitted with the proper Case Pick SKU.

Please pair with your Account Manager to set up any and all eligible case pick products and we will be more than happy to get this process in motion.
